Overview
This article explains how to access, edit, and download your course certificates from your Adviser CE account. Follow the steps below to quickly locate and manage your certificates.
Step 1: Log In to Adviser CE
Click Sign In in the top-right corner of the page
Login using:
The email address you used to enroll in your courses
The password you created during enrollment
Click Sign In
Once logged in, you will be directed to your User Dashboard.
Step 2: Open Your Account Settings
In the top-right corner of the dashboard, locate your profile name
Hover over your profile name to open the dropdown menu
Select My Account from the dropdown
Step 3: Navigate to the Certificates Tab
Within My Account, look to the left-hand menu
Click on the Certificates tab
This section contains all certificates associated with your completed courses.
Step 4: View, Edit, and Download Your Certificates
From the Certificates tab, you can:
View your course certificates
Edit certificate details (i.e., your name)
Download certificates for your records or compliance needs
Any updates you make will be reflected on the downloaded certificate.
Tips & Best Practices
Be sure your name and information are correct before downloading your certificate
Download and save a copy for your personal records
Certificates are available any time after course completion
